Orders placed for shipment within the 48 continental United
States are shipped UPS Ground. (Smaller items may be shipped
via United States Postal Service.) Express shipping is
available at an additional cost for all items. Rates for
shipping are calculated upon order placement. **Please Note: SALES
TAX WILL BE CHARGED FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO NEW JERSEY
Shipping Information
Continental U.S. orders ship same day (UPS Ground) on in-stock
orders received before noon (EST) weekdays. Orders take
approx. 4 - 7 business days to arrive. Saturday and Sunday are
not considered business days.
Next and 2nd day service is available Monday - Friday for an
additional cost. All orders placed before noon (EST) time will
be shipped same day. Any order placed after noon (EST) time
will be shipped the following business day. For Saturday
delivery, please call.
International Orders are handled via
e-mail. Please email gourmetinfo@gourmetservingsolutions.com
with the item(s) you would like to purchase and the address to
which it will be shipped. We will e-mail you the total charges
and the best way to order these items.
Duties and taxes are due upon receipt of an international
order and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you are shipping a gift, please let the person know a
package will be coming so it will not be refused. If a package
is returned to us the customer will be billed for the shipment
and the return shipment.
APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico Orders APO/FPO
deliveries are shipped within 3 business days via United
States Parcel Post, but can take up to 4-7 weeks to arrive. An
additional fee will apply when shipping to an APO/FPO address.
Alaska and Hawaii require FedEx Second Day service or Parcel
Post. Additional charges and delivery time will apply.
Out of stock items usually ship within 7 - 10 business days.
If an order is placed for an out of stock item, it will be
shipped once it becomes available. You can also call us at
(800) 538-0669 or e-mail gourmetinfo@gourmetservingsolutions.com
with the item number and your name and we will e-mail you once
the item is back in stock.
We accept Discover, Visa, and MasterCard credit cards. All
orders are processed once client has confirmed order. We also accept
checks and ship upon receipt and clearance of check.
If you would like to pay by check or money order, please make
checks payable to Gourmet Serving Solutions and send to:

money order is received by Gourmet Serving Solutions, Inc.
If there are any damages upon receipt of your order, you will
receive a replacement part or item at no additional cost.
Please contact us and we will promptly assist you.
If you would like to return any item, you may return it within
7 days of receiving your order, given that it has not been
assembled or used and is in its original packaging. Call our
customer service department to get a return authorization
number, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Customers will be responsible for return
shipment and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. (Express
delivery fees are not eligible for refund.) Orders cancelled
prior to shipment will receive full credit. (You better hurry
though, we ship'em out real fast!!)
