• Gourmet Serving Solution's Sandstone service and display wares have a lifetime guarantee against cracking or breaking. Our Sandstone coatings are guaranteed against chipping, under normal use, for one full year. Sandstone products are not intended to be used as cookware and should not be used in any hot application.
• Gourmet Serving Solution's sandstone II products are guaranteed for one full year against chipping.
• Gourmet Serving Solution's Pewter Glo and Tempo wares are guaranteed never to crack or break under normal use conditions.
• All Gourmet Serving Solution's chafing dishes, marmites, and coffee urns have a lifetime guarantee against welds, legs, handles or frames breaking.
